This is a unique, custom sewn and designed cloak. It features two secret pockets perfect for concealing personal items. And it has a convertible Leine-style hood. When the ties at the top are fastened, it forms a very full, ruffled hood and when the ties are unfastened it lays around the shoulders as a large collar.
